Featuring Dr. Jess Haines, Assistant Professor in the Department of Family Relations and Applied Nutrition.
Research has shown that by the age of five or six kids will form eating, exercise and sleeping habits that can last a lifetime. Dr. Haines will present results from her research as well as practical tips to help families establish household routines that support healthful eating and activity behaviours among young children.
